Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure efficient scheduling and uphold the quality of our services, we enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your 10% deposit, which will be used to cover the costs associated with the cancellation.
